We teach the fundamentals of woodworking and safe tool use. Beginners will carve a spoon and craft a keepsake box in their first semester, building confidence with hand tools along the way. Once they’ve learned the foundational skills students can take on more advanced and personalized projects. A woodworking instructor works with youth woodworking classes and would be able to dedicate an hour class.
